USING KENSINGTON PRIDE MANGOES
About the Recipe
Featuring mango, ginger, spinach, mint, banana, and orange, this mango smoothie is packed full of goodness! Perfect to get your morning off to a good start, or as a healthy snack.
Ingredients
1 medium banana – sliced
1 mango – peeled and diced (plus extra to serve)
1 cup baby spinach leaves
handful of mint leaves
2 ts fresh grated ginger
2 cups orange juice
1 cup ice (optional)
Desiccated coconut and mint leaves to serve
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into glasses, top with coconut, mango and extra mint, and serve.
